lock part that the handle clips on

Question

Need replacement part for Anderson casement window. Window is single section opening to the left with lock on left frame. The part of the lock that the handle clips on to broke off. My research and prior discussion with your staff indicate I probably need either part #38-145 or 146. Pls confirm which is needed.
