not sure of window manufacturer. I need to replace the plastic retaining clip on the locking rod mechanism on a crank handle closing window

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure what you need. You might be referring to a Tie Bar Guide, in which case check out our 39-417. This may look a little different from your old guide, but I'm confident it will work for you. If, however, you actually need something else, show us pictures of your old hardware out of the window, and we'll do what we can to identify what you need. Many thanks.

Awesome... that is indeed what I need. Not sure if screw holes will match, but I will try. Interim fix was to remove the middle guide and use it in the bottom spot. Seems to work ok. Thanks.
