lock shoes for tilt window vinyl sash.channel rod has a 3 digit stamp - 28C. unit broke and needs to be replaced. also imstruction on how to install if needed, please

Hello. Thanks for posting. This part looks like our 15-195 shoe. Is this all that's broken on your balance? If so, you could just replace this and re-use the balance itself. These just pop right on the end of the metal channel.

If you do need an entirely new balance, see our S795-28. I believe this is what you have. Keep in mind that these install at the top using a screw clip, not a hook. If yours has a hook, let me know!
