lock and handle replacement

A home owner from Hilton New York says:
We need to replace the handle, lock and the little plate that doesn't seem to serve any purpose not sure how old the door is as we just moved here.

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid these exact components are no longer made, but we do have substitutes available that I believe can work for this door. For the lever, see our 82-043 Tribeca Thumb latch or our 82-241 Andersen Latch Lock. Go over the dimensions in comparison to your old latch lock and see if one of these match what you need. For the handle, see our 88-013 and 88-014; just confirm that the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, is 5-1/2". Finally, we don't carry a replacement for that plate; that covers where a lock would go if needed. Let us know if you have any other questions.
