locking latches broken

A home owner from 695 Mansion St, Bristol, PA 19007 says:
Within the first two weeks of moving into our house, the lock latches broke on both of my side windows. So we can no longer lock our windows.

Thanks for writing in. See our 38-090. I believe this is what you're looking for. Unfortunately, it's not an easy thing to unscrew the old locking handle. You will have to cut away part of the frame to access the old screws. Let me know what you think.
