looking for a channel balance/non tilt window.

Greetings,
I am looking for the channel balance replacement for our window. I was able to get as far as...
Channel Balances > Non-Tilt Window > 1/2" Width
then the next screen I was not sure what to pick.
the silver metal length is 33" exactly. (not including plastic ends).
Pictures included.
Can you please let me know what part to order for our replacement parts.

We'd be happy to help but the bottom attachment is only partially visible in your photo. If you could show us the rest of the fitting, as well as confirm if the stamp code on the metal channel reads 32 4, we can go from there. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
