looking for a replacement latch for sliding glass door

I think it's a Simonton door but can't determine the model. It's from a 6' door manufactured in 2004. It looks a lot like your 82-226 from my measurements.

Hello and thank you for contacting us. We do happen to believe it is our 82-226. Please check the mounting hole centers to see if yours match the 4-5/8" hole centers on the 82-226. Get back to us with your thoughts.
