looking for constant force window balance parts

A home owner from Austin, TX says:
I'm looking for the constant force window balance parts in the pictures attached. It appears that the link between the white coil part at the top has broken from the shoe part at the bottom and it is free floating now. I'm also not sure how to remove these parts from the window rail. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks,
Chris

Bob from SWISCO responded:

See our 15-191 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick springs or Series 165 3/8" thick springs; you'll need to remove your old assembly and compare to confirm which Series you need. Let me know if you have further questions.
