Hope you are doing well. I am looking for four window balances of 25 5 B.S.L RA for non-tilt windows. Do you by any chance sell this kind of window balance..? Kindly confirm the new balance comes with the same nylon (maybe it is plastic..?) guides.

Dimension: 26"", 5/8"", 9/16""

Hello, Fangwei. We do sell this balance, yes, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration.

Thankfully, your photos tell us everything we need to get started. Can you just confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 25-5/8", not 26".
