looking for help replacing this insert weather strip

Question

This is installed on the bottom of in inswing door and I am having trouble finding a replacement. any ideas? the total height is 3/4" including the insert fins and it is 1/4" thick.

Thanks for your continued patience, Dennis. I'm afraid I'm having trouble finding this seal. Would you be able to show us how it attaches to the door? That may help us find an alternative.
