looking for new hardware

I am rebuilding a sliding patio door on my mother's home. The original door handle and locking mechanism are missing. Can you identify which handle and lock I would need by the pictures. The screw holes are right around 4" apart. And the label is from the door frame. Not sure if that helps.

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our 82-226 Mortise Lock and our 82-035 3-15/16" Handle Set. Look over the dimensions both and let us know what you think.
