looking for replacement

Hi,
As you can see from what i uploaded pictures, the screw was broken and left a little part in the pit.

I'm wondering if you can suggest me how to take it out or tell me what is the replacement.

Hi Yong. If the casement operator worked otherwise, you could attempt drilling the remaining screw out, though it could be a messy process. If you just want to replace the operator, see our 39-187 and its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-188. For a new crank handle, see our 39-114L.
