looking for replacement "feet" or "pivot bars"

A quick learner from south carolina says:
I think it's called a foot...or a sash pivot bar. One is broken, other is bent horribly. Previous owners of our house messed up 5 or 6 windows like this, all same problem, and now they won't open or close. Windows are between 15 and 20 years old. No branding that I can find on the windows, so don't know who the manufacturer is/was. Also would like advice on getting the broken piece out of the window - it's stuck in there pretty good.
