looking for replacement rollers for the old glass sliding door on condo

Hi,

I am looking for the replacement roller for the old glass door in our condo. I removed the door and pulled out the rollers. I found the 2 labels "ALLEN STEVENS CORP WOODSIDE NY" and "6830".

I really appreciate if you could help me the replacement rollers.
