looking for replacement rubberized inserts for metal storm door

The picture show a bronze colored metal sleeve that slips on the bottom of our storm door - the height can be adjusted so the the rubberized inserts form a good seal with the bottom of the storm door. Am looking for the rubberized inserts - need three..insert dimensions are 1/2 inch wide and at the top is a upside down triangle with a base of 1/8 of an inch - it is that triangle side that you slip into the three triangle shaped grooves at the bottom of the bronze colored sleeve that goes on the bottom of the storm door.
