Are you able to provide additional pictures of the top sash guide of the front and back?

For the channel balance, we will need to see it removed from the window with clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine the best fit. Thank you!

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 18-147 top sash guide to see how it compares to your original.

For the balance, with this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 30" balance with a 2920 stamp option. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
