looking for the right crank for my casement windows : SWISCO.com

The crank for my casement windows are not working properly. Can you help me figure out what one I need to replace them. I can't find the window manufacturer, that it's Truth 30744.

Hi there Theresa.

The 39-221B comes to mind. The link arm has an offset but it's hard to say if yours does as well. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

Please let us know if you notice any discrepancies.

I think that may work but not 100% sure. I order it and it's not the right one can I return it? Also, I have 2 casements on this window 1 on the left side and right side. Will this work for both and lastly do I need to order the white cover and the handle to open and shut the window?

Yes, you can find our return policy here just in case. The 39-220B is the opposite-handed version. You can use what side the spline is on the operator base as a reference for which one you'll need.

In some cases, the operator cover is built into the base itself and can't be removed. If so, see the 39-451 and 39-452 covers with handles.
