The only marking is on the coil balance piece, it says (Omega pending #3.5 35).

We do not have an exact replacement match for the coil balance assembly you have here. However, there is a chance we may be able to provide you with a suitable alternative.

I'll need to know the measurements for the width, height, and thickness of the shoe and I'll need to know the stamp from the coil spring. It would also be a good idea to include a photo of the pivot bar compatible with your assembly.
