the top is a 19-005 but the shoe measurements are different than the 15-004 or 15-005

Thanks for posting! To be honest, I think your shoe is just worn down after years of use. I think you should consider our Series 380 channel balance, which comes with the 15-005 shoe. If its depth of 1" is too big for you, you can always file it down a little.
