looking for two piece, not sure what they are called.

Question

I am looking for some replacement parts for my window. Not sure what else pieces are called. I would remove them but Not sure how to do so since I am a bit new to home owner ship and have never had to deal with window maintenance.

See pictures attached, if you need more let me know I can attempt to remove them.

Hi Roberto, thanks for posting. Are you having trouble opening and closing your windows? If so, you may need to replace your window balances, which we can help you with. If you are just looking to replace the balance covers themselves, I am afraid we do not carry them, and you would possibly have to contact the original supplier of the window to see if you could track them down. Just let us know.
