the metal part is 74cm (a little bit more than 29 inch) long, 1/2 inch wide and 5/8 inch deep. I need 5 pieces. Thanks!

Hi Tom,

I think you are correct. However, there are many holes in the balance shown in your picture. Will these holes affect the function of the balance? Thanks!

Are you talking about the holes along the sides of the metal channel? If so, they will not affect the operation of the balance in any way.
