i need to replace two size rods for my windows, first measurement is 27in long string with a 20in long rod and the second is a 26in long rod with a 34in long string. it screws at the top with a single screw and the boot goes into the window

Unfortunately, the rod style balance shown in your photos is no longer available but the S775 channel balance should work as a direct replacement. Keep in mind that you will need to measure the width of your balance fitting and weigh the window sashes to choose the corresponding strength options. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
