looking for window replacement parts

Tempered SNDI X97.1-2004 16 CFR 1201 II /SGCC 3369 1/8 UA

This is the identifier info on my windows. The parts that allow the lower window to tilt have broken. I need to repair both sides of one window. The part has a round metal piece for the widow to pivot in surrounded by white plastic. I can provide a photo if needed.

Hello there!

I'm afraid we can't use the code you gave us to identify the hardware you need. Would it be possible for us to see the part in question removed from the window? I'll be able to assist from there.

Thanks for these photos! Looks like an old pivot shoe. The best match we have is the 15-192, though it's important to note that ours is a more modern version of your comparatively older part. I've had some customers in the past tell me that those "bumps" on the face of our pivot shoe got in the way during installation, so you may need to shave or cut those off beforehand. Just note that any product altered in that way cannot be returned for a refund.

Another possible alteration you may need to make is to swap out the center metal cam. This would be necessary if your old pivot bar didn't interface properly with the metal cam on the 15-192.

Lastly, keep in mind that these alterations may not be necessary at all. I've heard from plenty of customers who told me that the 15-192 worked fine as-is. It's going to be something you have to experiment with.
