looking for window sash lock replacement

The sweep part is 0.133" thick. I have tried a lock similar to 90-005 but the sweep is too thick (0.15") and won't close all the way. Are there other products with thinner sweep? Also the original part is made of plastic.

Thanks for writing in! I believe our 90-075 Sash Lock with 1/2" Deep Throw will be the replacement you need. Although, you'll need to look over the dimensions to determine if this is the correct fit. The thickness of the sweep is 0.13" like your existing sweep. Take a look and see what you think.

Looking for the same thing. Plastic. The sweep is to thick on the metal one.

Unfortunately, we don't sell a plastic version of the 90-075 at this time. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
