Hello there. This looks like the 39-253LB and 39-253RB Dual-Arm Operators. For the track slide shoe, see the 39-529. For new covers and handles, see the 39-375 and 39-376 or the 39-451 and 49-452, depending on the style preferred. For the stud brackets see the 39-545 and 39-546.
