30" long metal channel 9/16" wide
S380 Balance Shoe is 1" wide; mine is around 15/16" or 7/8".
S380 Balance Top looks the same
Stamped "2940"

This will have to be a custom order if your bottom shoe depth is 7/8". Can you confirm this for us? And how many balances are you looking to purchase?
