One of our window cranks broke but we have had a hard time finding the right replacement. We would appreciate if you can find the right one for us to purchase!

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would like to see photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. This will help us confirm if we carry a replacement handle that would work with your assembly. Thank you!

I'm sorry for the confusion but we'll need to see a top-down photo to see as much of the operator arms and base mounting plate as possible. It would also help if you are able to remove the screen. Thank you.
