loose handle

how do I tighten the handle? The two screws on the side that close will not tighten the handle. do i have to take a cover off on the handle itself? Thanks greg

Hi Greg. Those two side screws should indeed tighten the handle on the 82-080. Can you show us some pictures of your setup, including the handle set and where it installs to the door? I'll do my best to make a diagnosis from there.
