Can I replace the loose roller which is causing the door to jam or do I have to replace the entire track set?

That may be possible, yes. We'd have to confirm that there's a roller available in the size you need. Can you tell me the diameter of the wheel? I'd also like to know its full thickness, including the wheel portion and the base, as well as just the thickness of the wheel portion itself.
