lower hinge casement window

Question

Hinge is @ 10 inches long on the bottom. It looks like the hinge has rusted and broken off as the window will not open or close properly. Hinge length @ 10 inches.
First screw @ 1 and 1/8 inch in.
Second screw 4 inches and third screw 9 and 5/8 out from the corner of the window.
When working properly the is no gap like you see in picture 3
Only words on the arm are Entry Guard Truth.

Hello! I recommend our 36-004-10. It's not exactly like yours but it should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. It's stainless steel, too, so corrosion will be less trouble in the future.
