lubrication for Kinco window track

Do you recommend periodic lubrication in the tracks of a Kinco type aluminum window and if so what should I use?

Sure! After wiping the tracks clean, you can spray a light coat of silicone to help with the operation of window. I like silicone spray since it doesn't collect dust and debris.
