measuring distance between screw holes for window lock keeper

Hi,
Does the distance on center mean from the center of the screw hole or the center distance between the screw holes inner edge to inner edge? and can you show me an illustration of exactly where to measure?

Hi, great question! When we say "on center" it means from the center of each screw hole. If you look at the picture below, the dimension showing 2-1/16" shows exactly what we mean.
