mechanism Does Not Work

hello, I have a set of windows that the mechanism doesnt work.
A handy man told me to change only the mechanism and think i found it here,
actually y ordered one from you to check it was order 1840772

Can you confirm what i ordered is correc, and this is able to fix my problem?

I see you bought our 39-318, but I cannot confirm if this is the right operator for your window. Your photo only shows the base of the old operator. In order to have a better idea of what you need, I have to see the whole mechanism, just like how we show the 39-318 in our catalog. Would that be possible?

Thank you. The 39-318 was not the right choice for your window. You have an old Roto brand operator.

We actually still sell the main mechanism, which is the 39-092, but that is all that we can still acquire. The arm itself has been discontinued for many years now and we've never been able to find a better source for it. As long as the arm itself can be reused, you could theoretically just replace the main mechanism with our 39-092.

I'm afraid that the 39-318 will not work for you. I recommend returning it for a refund. See our return policy here.
