mepla drawer slides

Question

we ordered the part that was recommended to replace the mepla part that was  installed on our cabintets Mepla543.000. roll/x 20357572 but seems that the lip of the rail of the new part is too wide to fit into the drawer. we are at our wits end. please help.

I'm sorry to hear that the 32-061 didn't work for you. Can you show me a couple photos of your original hardware? That will help us track down something better.
