metal arm that inserts into spring broke

A quick learner from 08723 says:
Metallic arm attached to window bottom, which inserts into spring devices within window frame tracks has snapped off. Is this part available? Markings: 5 ? below this are 6R on one and 6L on the other side

Hey, Steve. Looks like you need a new pivot bar. These are skinny metal posts that insert into your coil balance pivot shoe. 

I believe yours is a match for our 26-422. Ours has that same peg underneath the tip as yours. I would recommend reviewing our dimensions just to make sure that everything matches up.
