metal bi-fold door

Question

After I installed the newly purchased pin cap #21-108 & all nylinders, I feel that the nylon guides are very tight. It takes a bit of effort to operate the door. Your replacement part seems identical to what I replaced. What's wrong?

Since this is a new nylon guide with an old track, the meshing between the two needs to work itself out. Try silicone spray on the track to see if that helps.
