Just purchased 2 metal bifold doors that does not have a track . they are 36 x 80 which track would be the one I should get

Can I see what kind of bi-fold door pins you are using? That will help us determine what track will work. Thanks!

it is 5.5 inches long with a plastic hat looking piece at the top which is spring loaded

That describes many, many pins. I'm afraid that without pictures of the pin itself I cannot make a reliable recommendation.

Thank you! Based on the style of this pin, I recommend our 21-401 36" track for the top and bottom. Make sure your pins are okay, especially the springs and nylon caps.
