metal glides for vinyl single hung window and stop lock for same window

Architect from 96753
I have old (Summit) vinyl windows. The string broke on the metal piece that allows the window to raise and shut, so it doesn't work or sit straight in the frame. I need one new metal side piece with attached spring. I also need multiple plastic stops as are shown in the fifth photo. The window with the missing metal piece is about 24" long.

Thanks for posting! This window balance can be replaced with either the S380-24 or the S385-24. To determine which of these might is the correct series, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2330 stamp option. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 15 to 18lbs.

The window lock appears to be a match for the 26-275 Window Slider Limit Lock. To confirm that this is the correct match, carefully look over the specifications below and compare them.

Keep in mind, this isn't made for hung windows. It is typically used for horizontal sliding windows. This is available in white, beige, or black.
