metal guides broke off

Question

I have exactly the same issue, where one of the metal guides broke off with where.  Do you sell only the interior piece since the rest of the mechanism looks ok?  Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately you have an older style where we do not carry a compatible mounting plate like you show. The entire handle set will need to be replaced. Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-080 that has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
