metal part on botton of folding door where doors are joined has become unconnected

Question

My closet doors are mirrored metal bi-fold doors. The metal spring mechanism at the bottom has become partially disconnected. I cannot determine if a screw or rivet has fallen out of the mechanism connecting the two folding doors together. When open the metal mechanism is protruding and the holes in the mechanism are are visible.I found no loose parts in the area around it. What is missing? A bolt, screw, a rivet or what? If so, can I get a replacement?
