mil-door, miller industries, 9.5 foot triple threshold track

Quick Learner from Baltimore

Hi, After many fixes in past 9 years as owners, we're wanting to fix/replace track on sliding glass doors labelled mil-door, miller industries. It holds three glass panels, plus one screen. One of glass panel is the slider, the other two are fixed. Total length is approx 113 inches, split evenly between three panesl.

We've repaired multiple times already by adding new rails on top of existing threshold rails and also new metal rollers. But it continues to wear out and get stuck each year or so. Major challenge getting neighbor to help lift the doors out to replace rails or rollers. Looking for the 6 inch wide triple threshold, about 9.5 foot long. The grooves are approx 1.5 inches apart. The doors/glass otherwise is in fine working conditioning so wanting to avoid total replacement. Its seems the panels have already been rotated on other tracks as the screen door track is well worn despite being very light. Any advice is most appreciated. Pictures attached

Hello, Sheridan. We only sell one type of patio glass door track, and that would be our 80-106. This is single-rail, however. I'm not sure what kind of room you have for modifications so I'm not sure if this is something you can adapt to use in your frame. The video below should give you a better idea of whether that's something you want to try.
