milgard balancer replacement

Question

27 inches - metal length
shoe depth - 1 3/32 inch
window weight - 20#

I believe I need series 385 2640 but the top guide appears slightly different.

Thanks for posting, Jerry. I wouldn't worry too much about some aesthetic difference in the top nylon fitting. If the shoe depth is 1-3/32", then I agree the S385-27 is what you need. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
