milgard window

Home Owner from Sherman Oaks, CA
Hello,
I have a standard milgard vinyl window that's 34.5x46.5 and opens inward from the middle (for cleaning) via a white plastic latch in the middle center of the window. The side latches and middle handle latch are broken. Can you recommend which replacement parts I should buy to fix these parts? Thank you in advance!

Hello,

Thanks for writing in, Josh! It sounds like you are looking to replace your window tilt latches and sweep lock. There is a good chance we can supply you with the replacements to repair your Milgard window but I'll need to see detailed photos of the hardware to identify the correct replacements.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Hi Jasmine,
I've attached pics of the window and the parts. There are actually two latches on top. Let me know, thanks!

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the photos. Your tilt latches look like they could be replaced with our 26-244 Tilt Window Latch and its opposite handed version, part 26-243. To confirm that they are the right replacement, take a look over the dimensions and compare them to y our latches.

We do not carry an exact replacement match for your Milgard sash lock but I believe our 90-323 would work as a suitable alternative. Take a look over the dimensions to determine if this would be a fit for your window.
