milgard window balance part questions

Need help identifying replacement part, The channel shows 26 4 HX CMC 11, metal channel 27" long, 1/2" channel width non-tilt window. Photos are attached

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our S385-27. The only other possibility is our S380-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. I think you probably have the Series 385, but look over both to be sure. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
