Question

the numbers on my 33" sash are 32  4  KW  CMC  7.  It looks like your 3240 series would work but I'm just not sure

3240 isn't a Series. That stamp just tells us what the spring strength is, though you're right in that a stamp of 32 4 often corresponds to our 3240 option.

I see you were looking at our S350-33. That is a Series. Is that what balance you have? If so, I recommend our 3240 option.
