mill gard 1993 sliding AL door

Dear kind people,

We are not able to remove the single roller in the window since it looks like its enclosed in the window frame itself. We released it from its attachment screw but flange casing that keeps us from removal. I do not know how to dismantle- the window, itself- thanks ahead of time for help.
