I have a millgard window and need to order two new window balance. the window balance on the old window has a no.# 20 5 ku cmc 2.which swisco replacement do I need

Being that this is a Milgard window, if the metal channel balance measures 21", you can use the S385-21 channel balance with the shoe shown below, and the spring weight for 20 5 will be 2050, most likely. You'd need to weigh the window sash to be sure of the "2050" option. 2050 holds 23 to 27 pound sashes.
