mirror door track

Hi:
I just purchased a condo and see that the white tracks on 2 sets of mirror closet doors with white runners are rusted. The doors are still in good shape so only need to replace two 5' wide runners. The sticker on the backside of doors show the model #64564-001.

If possible, I prefer brushed nickel color.
