mirror part purchased won't work

I purchased 5 part# 20121 for the one that was broken but it doesn't fit. I would like very much if you can send the correct item # . Thank you for your attention with this problem. Frank

Thanks for posting. 20121 isn't one of our product codes, so you may have us mixed up with another company. That said, the top and bottom guides in your photos look like our 23-027 and 23-026, respectively. Look them over and see what you think.
