hello i'm trying to figure out which item this. i think it's either 23-225 or 23-199. can you please confirm if it's one of those or something else. i'd also like instructions on how to replace both of them

Assuming your wheels are convex, either of these could work. The difference between them is that the 23-225 has ball bearing wheels. As for removing the old roller, you'll need to first remove the door and place it on a stable surface. Then, get a pair of needle nose pliers and gently, but firmly, wriggle the hooks out of the slots where they're installed.
